I thought the redness/rosacea on my face was just what my skin would be like now that I’m older. This balm got rid of the redness as soon as I started using it. I am so happy that I took a chance and ordered anyway. THE WHOLE IS DEFINITELY GREATER THAN THE SUM OF ITS PARTS. It is just so good. It really does does sink right in. This stuff is awesome. No smell, didn’t sting my skin when I used it, dewy but not oily or too shiny, within 2 uses, the rash I had on my eyelid was gone. My son also had some weird dry skin on his cheeks (he’s 2, his cheeks should be like velvet) the tallow I normally use on his face wasn’t helping as much as normal. Game-changer! I always had dry sensitive skin, but recently developed rosacea. Then perimenopause too - and the dryness just kept getting worse... I received a tub for my birthday, and had never heard of Nooks. It is just so effective that I am almost tempted to get rid of all the other moisturisers and balms I own. I apply at the beginning of the day to my tattoos (it makes them pop and they look so fresh), and nightly to my hands (barista hands), and face.
