Buy it. Change your mind before it ships and you cancel for a full refund, no drama. After it ships, our 30-day guarantee has you covered.

How to buy
One-time purchase. Order when you want. No commitment, no subscription traps.
Subscriptions. Not live yet. When they launch, you'll get auto-delivery with skip, pause, or cancel anytime, plus a subscriber discount. We'll announce when she's ready.
Payment. Taken immediately when you order, the way shops work. We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay or Google Pay. All prices in AUD, GST included. Shopify handles payment securely, and we never see your full card number.
Cancelling your order
Before it ships. Email hi@nooksbalm.com with the subject "Cancel Order #[number]" and include your order number and email. Full refund, product and shipping, processed within 2 to 3 business days.
After it ships. Too late to cancel, but if she's not for you, our 30-day guarantee refunds the product price and you keep the tin. See our Refund Policy.
Changing your order
Need to update your address, quantity, or add something. Email hi@nooksbalm.com with the subject "Change Order #[number]" within 12 hours of ordering. We move fast, and after that we can't guarantee it. Once it's shipped, you're set with what you ordered, so double-check before checkout.
Refunds
Cancelled before shipping: full refund, product and shipping, 2 to 3 business days to process.
Happiness Guarantee, after delivery: product price refunded, original shipping not included. See our Refund Policy.
Once a refund is issued, the time to land in your account runs at your bank's pace, not ours. Credit card 5 to 10 business days, debit card 5 to 10, PayPal 3 to 5. We'll email you when it's issued.
Failed payments
If your payment doesn't go through, you'll get an email explaining why, the order won't process until payment clears, and you may need to reorder with updated payment info. We don't ship on hope. Payment first.
Subscriptions
Not live yet. When they launch, you'll be able to choose your frequency, every 4, 6, or 8 weeks, skip, pause, or cancel anytime, and get a subscriber discount. No commitment, no cancellation fees, no guilt trips. We'll email you 3 days before each charge, so you can skip before then. It auto-renews until you say stop, and stopping is one email. Done.
Discount codes
Apply at checkout. One code per order, can't be combined, can't be applied after you've ordered, and abused codes get revoked. No code means no discount. We don't apply them retroactively, so plan ahead.
Purchase limits
To keep small-batch stock with real customers rather than resellers, we currently cap orders at 6 units per order and 2 orders per customer. For wholesale, email hi@nooksbalm.com. We're open to the right fit.
Tax and GST
All prices include Australian GST at 10%. Your confirmation email is your tax invoice. ABN 47 676 148 762. International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, and customs fees. That one's on you, not included in our price.
Order confirmation
After you order, you'll get a confirmation email with your order number, items, total, shipping address, and estimated delivery, then a shipping email with tracking number, carrier, and delivery estimate. If it doesn't arrive, check spam. Still nothing, email hi@nooksbalm.com with the subject "Missing Confirmation."
Price changes
Your price is locked when you order. If we raise prices later, it won't affect your existing order or an active subscription. For future subscriptions, we'll notify you 30 days before any increase, and you can cancel before it kicks in.
