This stuff is amazing; it’s seen me through postpartum skin changes, contact dermatitis, nappy rash (not mine) and most recently helped ease my horrific itchy-burny face after daycare gave us all hand foot & mouth. This works beautifully underneath makeup, on top or underneath a gentle moisturiser, or completely on its own. As a 65 year old who is generally disillusioned with mainstream skin care and constantly looking for something natural that stays the course, Nooks is the best thing I have found. My skin is less dry, red and inflamed than it has been in ages. My skin is surviving the extremes for winter with no such thing as cracked lips, peeling hands, or split cuticles. Aging is drying my usually oily skin out and I'd been getting fine lines on my forehead and cheeks. I have very dry cracked itchy skin on my hands from gardening. I have tried every cream you can imagine. After reading reviews, I thought I would give this a go and I have to say I got instant relief ! You could see my skin drink on the moisture straight away. I am very picky. And this balm is actually amazing. I have perioral dermatitis around my mouth, chin and nose. And then psioriasis on my elbows and knees. This has been the first non-steroid topical balm/cream that has helped, particularly with the perioral dermatitis. I layer azelaic acid on my PD and then put this on top and it seems to lock everything in and nourish and protect it. Highly recommended. ☆☆☆☆☆
