What this notice is

Trade marks
The NOOKS™ name and brand, our moon-face device mark®, the eclipse visual identity, our product names including the Everywhere Balm™, and the distinctive look and feel of our packaging and the 60g tin are trade marks and trade dress of Drink Styx Pty Ltd, whether registered or used under common law. Our moon-face device mark is a registered trade mark (Australia, Class 3). NOOKS™, NOOKS BALM™, and our product names are used as common-law trade marks of Drink Styx Pty Ltd.
You may not use any of these marks, names, or our packaging get-up, or anything confusingly similar, without our written permission. Honest reference to us by name, an accurate review, a link, "I use NOOKS," is fine. Using our identity to trade, imply endorsement, or pass off your own product is not. This notice covers our current and future product names and brand assets as they come to market.

All content on this site, text, copy, photography, design, illustration, and our formulation and ingredient writing, is owned by or licensed to Drink Styx Pty Ltd and protected by copyright.
