1. The Promoter

This promotion is run by Drink Styx Pty Ltd t/a Nooks Balm (ABN: 47 676 148 762), Melbourne, Australia ("the Promoter"). By entering, you agree to these terms.

2. The Promotion

The Save a Dishie promotion is a recognition campaign gifting NOOKS Everywhere Balm tins to Melbourne-based dishwashers (dishies) nominated via Instagram. Prizes are awarded to the first 25 eligible nominees who meet all criteria and fulfil the content requirement outlined in Section 9.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to receive a prize, the nominated dishie must:

• Be a current or recent dishwasher employed at a Melbourne hospitality venue
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be an Australian resident
• Have a valid Australian shipping address
• Respond to the winner notification DM within 5 business days
• Agree to and fulfil the content requirement in Section 9

Employees of Drink Styx Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any nominee who is found to be ineligible, who provides false information, or whose participation the Promoter reasonably considers inappropriate.

4. How to Enter

To nominate a dishie:

1. Follow @nooksbalm on Instagram
2. Comment on the designated Save a Dishie post with the nominee's Instagram handle and the venue they work at
3. Self-nominations are accepted

One nomination per Instagram account. Multiple nominations from the same account will not increase the chance of selection.

The designated post will be published on the @nooksbalm Instagram account. Nominations submitted elsewhere (including DMs or other posts) may not be considered.

5. Promotion Period

Opens: 1 March 2026
Closes: 31 March 2026 at 11:59PM AEDT, or when 25 prizes have been allocated — whichever comes first.

The Promoter reserves the right to extend or close the promotion period without notice.

6. The Prize

Prize: 1x NOOKS Everywhere Balm (full size)
RRP: AUD $29.95 + Domestic Shipping
Number of prizes: Up to 25
Total prize pool value: Up to AUD $748.75 (excluding shipping)

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection

Prizes will be allocated to the first 25 eligible nominees who meet all criteria in Section 3 and confirm their agreement to the content requirement in Section 9. Eligibility is assessed in the order nominations are received.

Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the @nooksbalm account. Winners must respond within 5 business days with a valid Australian shipping address and confirmation of the content requirement. Failure to respond within this time will result in the prize being passed to the next eligible nominee.

The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the winner.

8. Privacy

Personal information (Instagram handle, name, shipping address) collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and shipping the prize. It will not be used for marketing purposes without separate consent and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfil the prize (e.g. via a shipping provider).

By entering, nominators and nominees agree to the collection and use of their information as described above.

9. Content Requirement

Receipt of the prize is conditional on the winner providing one piece of content within 14 days of receiving their NOOKS tin. This is the only condition attached to receiving the prize.

What's required:

• One photo or short video showing the winner receiving or using their NOOKS tin
• Posted to their personal Instagram with a tag to @nooksbalm and the venue they work at
• Alternatively, the winner may send the content directly to @nooksbalm via DM for the Promoter to post on their behalf

What's not required:

• Showing your face. Hands, kitchen, apron — whatever you're comfortable with is fine.
• A polished or edited image. Phone shot is perfect.
• Any specific caption wording.

By accepting the prize, winners grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reshare their content on the @nooksbalm Instagram account and Stories, with credit.

If a winner is unable to fulfil the content requirement, they should notify the Promoter via DM or email at hi@nooksbalm.com. The Promoter may, at its discretion, waive this requirement in genuine circumstances.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By participating, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with this promotion. Any questions or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to hi@nooksbalm.com, not to Instagram.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

12. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time without notice if circumstances outside its control arise.
• The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
